    How it works

From hello to your first session.

    1. 01

      Tell us what you need

Use the short support form, call or email. A family member, professional or young person can get in touch.

    2. 02

      We listen

We explain eligibility, availability and what to expect without asking you to repeat more than necessary.

    3. 03

      Come as you are

We help you prepare for the session and make sure you know where to go and who you will meet.

    Real family experience

Confidence grows around a shared table.

Our trauma-informed approach puts safety, relationships and choice first. Cooking is the activity; belonging is the outcome.
