Information submitted through our forms

We collect the information you choose to provide so that we can respond to support requests and catering enquiries. Please do not include sensitive case details in an initial support message.

How long we keep it

Website form submissions are deleted automatically after 90 days and may be deleted earlier once the enquiry has been resolved. Notification emails may be retained according to the receiving mailbox’s retention policy. We are registered with ICO and follow their guidelines with regards to data protection.

Who receives it

Submissions are available to the authorised Kinship Kitchen administrator and are delivered through our transactional email provider. We do not sell form data.
